Payment – payment should always be made on the day of your treatment, prior to your arrival, by bank transfer. Bank details will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

Cancellations – please note that I understand that sometimes appointments have to be changed, and am always happy to reschedule your appointment. However, if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, this will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Late arrivals - whilst I will always try to accommodate your treatment, a late arrival may mean a reduction in your treatment time, although the full cost of your treatment will still be due.

Vouchers – gift vouchers are available for all treatments, and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.Gift vouchers are not transferable, cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or used to purchase another voucher, and cannot be extended past the 6 month period from issue. Normal cancellation conditions apply to vouchers, and vouchers will be automatically redeemed in the event of not attending a booked appointment.
